Recommended Use
Oil: Take 5-15ml of oil (depending on hair length) and apply all over the scalp. Gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Leave on for at least one hour before washing with Vedix Shampoo.
Shampoo: Apply shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage into a rich lather from scalp to ends. Rinse with water. Repeat if desired.
Serum: Take 3-5 ml of serum with the dropper and apply all over the scalp. Gently massage for 5 minutes. Use at least 2 hours before going to bed. Leave overnight. Use every alternate day.

my.vedix.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Subscription Cancellation:
Please note that all Vedix subscriptions are cancellable.
Please write to us at support@my.vedix.com requesting a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. If in case, you are charged for the next subscription cycle during this window (after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful), please let us know and we will initiate a refund for this transaction.
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a 'Shipping & Handling' Fee of 53 RM will be adjusted against the refundable amount
Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):
For new subscriptions: After 30 days of using the products as directed, if you’re unhappy with the results, mail us at support@my.vedix.com to claim your money back. We'll wire 100% of the money back to you - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We do this in 100% of the cases. No refund will be done before 30 days from the date of the order.
If your subscription has been renewed more than once (that is you have been charged more than once), we assume that you are satisfied with the products and the “No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” will not be applicable anymore. These cases will be dealt on a case by case basis.

For prepaid orders/subscriptions, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products.
The ongoing subscription will also be automatically canceled when a refund is requested.
Replacement:
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@my.vedix.com. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
